Meet Cyndi
I am a healing arts professional, currently living in Florida, where I enjoy sharing my love for Ayurveda, Yoga, Herbal Medicine, and Mindful Living with those who are interested in deepening their own mind-body connection.

Holistic Lifestyle Advocate
Balance your mind, body & spirit with Ayurveda
I work with clients who crave a holistic approach to create abundant energy and vitality in order to live life more fully. I teach simple habits that bring the body, heart, and mind into a vibrant state of flow. I believe we must be deeply nourished, healthy, and energized in order to do our big work in the world.

Ayurveda is the sister science to yoga, it recognizes that human beings are so much more than their physical bodies with layers of emotions and intuition. Ayurveda literally means "Life Knowledge". Therefore, to achieve balance, you must have complete knowledge of your life. It is based on the belief that health can be achieved only through a delicate balance among the mind, body, and spirit. Although you may not be spiritual per se, the foods you eat and the way you lead your life affect you on a spiritual level or energetic level every day. Developing an Ayurvedic practice helps you recognize the interconnectivity.

An Ayurvedic lifestyle is achieved through practicing self-care routines, moderation, and learning to tune in to the natural rhythms of the doshas (your mind-body energies) and agni (your digestive fire). By applying the deep wisdom of Ayurveda, I help you find balance and create harmony so you can experience a radiant life.

There will also be an opportunity to participate in a 10-day detox called "Clean 10". This program follows 10 simple health guidelines to optimize your health and vitality. No diets or gimmicks! You'll eat real whole foods and will have lots of ongoing support. In our work together you will learn to nourish yourself with whole foods so you never feel deprived. You will learn creative movement for your body, how to stay grounded, and create deep connection through intention for less stress and more ease in life. Together we will create a simple plan for you to experience more energy and enthusiasm, to feel beautiful inside and out. The Radiant Wellness LIfestyle is about creating pleasure and purpose, vibrant health and beauty, and living inspired lives full of grace, passion, and joy.

Yoga
Connect your mind, body & spirit with yoga
As a certified yoga instructor, I teach private sessions. My personal teaching style leans more to Yin style yoga with a strong emphasis on the chakra system and balancing energy within the mind-body.

Yogic Philosophy You might be familiar with the many different styles of yoga and yoga asanas (the physical poses), but that is just one aspect of yoga. Yoga encompasses an eightfold path. If you are interested in a deeper understanding of yogic philosophy let me guide and support you on your yoga journey.

Restorative Yoga will help you relax completely which will boost your immune system. It is a great stress reliever for challenging times and for those who suffer from chronic fatigue or illnesses.

It is designed to provide support and help the body relax during asana practice. This is often referred to as active relaxation. The poses also move the spinal column in all directions which goes along the ancient principle of physical yoga - the belief that a healthy spine promotes well-being.

Restorative yoga uses props, such as blankets, straps, pillows, blocks, bolsters, walls, stools, chairs, mats, to support the body, which allows you to hold the poses longer. The more support your body is given, the more peaceful and restful you will be during and after your yoga practice. As we set up and begin a regular restorative practice you will be able to drop into a place of great contentment.

Meditation
Center your mind, body & spirit with meditation
Through meditation, I teach individuals to focus their attention and quiet their minds. This usually involves becoming mindful of thoughts, feelings, and sensations while observing them in a nonjudgmental manner. The practice of meditation can change how we relate to the flow of our emotions and thoughts. As our minds become tranquil, many aspects of our lives become clear.

Essentially meditation is a method of acquiring access to our own inner wisdom, achieving clarity, and developing compassion with the possibility of resolving inner challenges during the process. Wisdom includes being present in the moment and the way to wisdom is to understand ourselves as human beings.

Meditation is about being fully present in the mind and body. Meditation may be practiced in many ways and with many methods and as a meditation coach, I'm here to guide you through the process.

Meditation Techniques

Deep Breathing This method is simple because breathing is a natural function. It focuses attention on the breath. Inhaling and exhaling slowly and deeply.

Mindfulness Meditation focuses on awareness of the breath, body, mind, and the environment, helping the individuals become more aware of what is happening in the moment. Mindfulness meditation is about being unconditionally present with whatever is happening. Mindfulness is awareness, cultivated by paying attention in a sustained and particular way; on purpose, in the present moment, and in a non-judgmental way.
Walking Meditation Using walking as a meditative practice is an efficient and healthy way to promote relaxation and exercise. This technique can be used almost anywhere. A few examples are in your neighborhood, in a park, on the beach, and even in a mall.

Tapping Meditation Tapping, also known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), is a powerful holistic healing method that has proven to effectively resolve a range of issues. It is based on the combined principles of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology. Learning to tap on these meridian endpoints, while verbally or mentally addressing the root cause of distress, sends a calming signal from the body to the brain, allowing you to feel calm and in control.

Energy Therapy
Balance your life force energy
The field of energy work involving energy fields that are not easily measured is based on the fundamental premise that all physical objects (bodies) and psychological processes such as thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and attitudes are expressions of energy. Therefore, all bodies are infused with subtle energy or life force. This life force is known by a variety of terms corresponding to different cultures and traditions. In traditional Chinese medicine, it is called Qi, in Judeo-Christian tradition, it is called spirit, and in Ancient Ayurvedic medicine, it is represented in the doshas.

As an energy therapist I use different techniques involving this subtle energy field, health is determined by the overall flow and balance of a person's vital life force energy. Imbalances or blockages in the natural flow of subtle energy in the body can cause illnesses. My goal is to use the energetic interaction between myself and my client to restore harmony and balance to their energy system. This can be achieved by an in-person session or through a distance healing session online.

Energy Healing Techniques
Reiki: The word Reiki is made from two Japanese words - 'Rei' meaning Higher Power and 'Ki' meaning universal life energy. This technique involves the transference or channeling energy between the practitioner and their client to restore harmony to the biofield, increase the client's energy to heal and balance the body's subtle energies (physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual). Hand movement techniques and specific symbols are used to channel universal life force energy. Reiki is a complementary therapy in which the practitioner places their hands above specific areas of the body called chakras, places in the body through which energy flows. It can be a remarkable experience and for most people the effects are immediate. Others may notice beneficial effects a few days later.
Pranic Healing: Pranic healing is all about using the body’s life force to heal the body's energy. This therapy works specifically on the energy of the body or aura of a person. In this therapy, energy is used to release negative energy from the body, thus accelerating the healing physical process.
Qi Gong: Qi Gong is an integrated mind-body-spirit energy healing discipline that has been practiced for thousands of years. It is a self-healing modality that stimulates and balances the flow of Qi (vital life energy) along the acupuncture meridians or energy pathways in the body. Qi means vital life force energy and Gong means the skill that is cultivated through practice. Qigong means cultivating energy and practicing a skill to achieve and maintain health, healing, and vitality. All styles of Qigong involve moving or stationary postures, a variety of breathing techniques, and meditation or mental focus. Some styles increase Qi, others help circulate Qi, while others help emit Qi so it is released.

Collaborations & Press
Do you have a product, brand, or concept that inspires others to live happier, healthier, and radiant lives?
When I'm not helping individuals to heal themselves I am helping small businesses grow and find their authentic voice in the wellness world by building a community of like-minded people. If you're interested in enhancing your wellness brand and working with me, let's join forces and make a positive impact. I am currently working with affiliation programs. If you have a product you would like to send me for review please email me for more information. I look forward to helping you amplify your brand and take your vision to new heights.

Note: It is at my discretion to choose products and companies that align with my core values and beliefs.

I am here to help people achieve and maintain radiant health and well-being through the wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga. Through these principles, I see the interconnection between our health and the health of the world. I believe as we aim to achieve balance and harmony in our bodies, we must also care for the health of our communities and the planet.

Please know the products and services I choose to work with are well researched. The companies that I affiliate with are socially responsible, eco-friendly, and charitable in service (giving back to communities and/or to the planet). Most are certified B Corps. which means they meet higher standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. Theses standards are then verified by the nonprofit B Lab.

I am a conscious consumer and mindful distributor. Any products that I review in my blogs, social media, or carry in the Radiant Wellness 360 Apothecary are products that my family and I enjoy using, wearing, or consuming. When it comes to collaborations and affiliations with others it is very important to me to support and promote only those who align with values of integrity, quality, growth of knowledge and held the intention for nurturing, protecting, and respecting the environment, the animals, and people that live and depend on the health of the Earth. For we are all connected.

Tower Garden Aeroponics
Grow yourself to greater health
Harnessing aeroponic growing technology, Tower Garden offers a cleaner, simpler, more efficient way to grow fresh, healthy food for your family.

An advanced form of hydroponics, aeroponics is the process of growing plants in an air or mist environment rather than soil. Aeroponic systems use water, liquid nutrients, and a soilless growing medium to quickly and efficiently grow more colorful, tastier, better smelling, and incredibly nutritious produce.

You probably already know that you should eat a lot of fruits and vegetables every day—and the more variety, the greater the benefit. Luckily, you can grow both a high number and a large variety of vegetables, herbs, fruits, and flowers with Tower Garden.
In fact, Tower Garden can grow more than 150 different wellness-promoting plants. (The only real exceptions are root crops—such as carrots and potatoes—grapevines, bushes, and trees.)
